For new construction, we help clients shape the project from early concept through construction.

Architectural Documentation + Consultant Coordination

We prepare architectural drawings and specifications with attention to accuracy, code requirements, constructability, consultant coordination, and the level of detail appropriate to the scope.
Depending on the project, we coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, kitchen, lighting, code, branding, and other specialized consultants.
Our goal is to create a coordinated architectural foundation that supports permitting, pricing, construction, and the quality of the final result.
Permitting + Construction Administration
Chord supports projects through permitting and construction with architectural services appropriate to the scope of work.
That may include permit coordination, jurisdictional responses, contractor questions, RFIs, submittal review, clarifications, field observations, and construction administration.
We are not construction managers. We are architects.
Our role is to protect the architectural intent, respond to design and documentation questions, help resolve issues within our scope, and support the project team as the work moves from drawings to built reality.
