Heartland Dental is a national company that facilitates the opening of new dental practices around the country. Upon a GC referral, they reached out to Kenney Architects to expand into the mountain region with their prototype tenant improvement.  The Thornton facility was the first implementation in the region, going into a newly built retail center.  This 2,800 SF suite is on the smaller side of their practices but still included a surgical room, five treatment rooms, and two hygiene rooms.  We have since expanded  our working relationship to include other practices in Colorado and Arizona.
